We have a family farm north of Mellete, SD. My uncle, cousin, and dad
 operate the farm. I help when I have free time and I enjoy going to the farm.
  The crops that we grow are corn and soybeans. We run all  modern
 John Deere equipment. We have modern day technology that
we use to grow our crops to the best possible. My family takes great pride in farming and I hope to one day add to it.

In my future I hope to farm. I want to attend Lake Area for Ag Production
 or SDSU for Ag Business, so I can get a more expanded education
 about farming. I want to stay in South Dakota for schooling
 because I want to be able to come home on weekends to help on the farm.
