Grilled pheasant
Grilled Pheasant:
Step 1. Make chicken broth and add favorite chicken seasonings
2. soak pheasant in chicken broth for 24 hours
3. set grill at 275
4. every 4 to 5 minutes baste broth onto the meat
*You can use left over meat and broth to make soup
