Chocolate Chip Cookie

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour         3/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar       

1 tsp. Baking Soda                         1 tsp. Vanilla

1 Cup Butter, softened                   2 large eggs

3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar              2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
  • Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Lemon Cookies

Lemony Crisps

 Ingredients
1 Pillsbury Moist Supreme Lemon Premium Cake Mix

1/3 Cup Oil

2 Eggs

1 Cup Powdered Sugar

2-3 T. Lemon Juice

Directions

  • Stir with spoon until thoroughly moistened. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet

  • Place sugar in shallow dish. Dip bottom of glass into sugar and flatten cookies 1/4 thickness

  • Bake at 350 Degrees for 5-7 minutes until edges are light golden brown. In a small bowl combine powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over cookies and sprinkle with yellow colored sugar.

Double Fudge Cookies

Double Chocolate Chip Fudge Cookie

Ingredients

1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips          1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

2 T. Unsalted Butter                          1/4 Cup + 2 T. Packed Light Brown Sugar       

1Cup +3 T. All Purpose Flour           2 Large Eggs

3 T. Chocolate Pudding Mix             2 T. Whole Milk

1 tsp. baking powder                         1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp. Salt                                        1 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 325 Degrees. Have two cookie sheets ready with cooking spray on them, set aside.

  • Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter in a small, microwave safe bowl. Heat them in the microwave for 15 second intervals, mixing in between until completely melted. Set aside

  • In a medium-sized bowl whisk together the flour, pudding mix, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

  • In a separate medium-sized bowl whisk together the sugars, eggs, milk, and vanilla.

  • Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and stir to combine. Be sure not to over mix.

  • Fold in chocolate butter/mixture and the milk chocolate chips into the batter, stirring until everything is just combined.

  • Scoop 1/4 cupfuls of the batter on the prepared cookie sheets. Place pans in the oven, reduce heat to 300 degrees, and bake for 18-20 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
